Kerstin was the first female line officer in Swoope’s history as a Sergeant and a Lieutenant in 2015. Kerstin recently graduated from Blue Ridge Community College and the Swoope family is very proud of her accomplishments.
Kerstin has several immediate family member that are also active members.
