Bio
Wilkes retired from the US Air Force, where he was a Combat Flight Medic for 24 years, and is certified as a National Registered EMT, State of Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, and Virginia EMT.
In addition, Wilkes is also Blue Card Command certified and has completed the Louis F. Garland US Military Fire Academy with honors and was awarded an Associate Degree in Allied Health Science from the Community College of the Air Force. He graduated with a perfect 4.0 GPA from Kaplan University, Summa Cum Laude, with a BS in Fire Science and was presented with the university's highest honor... the Excellence Award. Scott also holds a MS in Executive Fire Leadership with Grand Canyon University and graduated with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
Scott recently worked as an Assistant Chief of Operations, Health Safety, Logistics and Communications with the 496 ABS, Morn Air Base, Spain United States Air Forces in Europe. Currently he works as the Regional Health Safety Chief with the U.S. Navy out of Norfolk, Virginia.
Scott was awarded the prestigious honor of Chief Fire Officer CFO by the Center of Public Safety Excellence CPSE in March 2019.
